Oneness: Example of the Brittle Bush
With
time unnoticed,
Persuaded by the uncaused cause,
In morning’s meadow buzzing melody breathing,
Reconstituting with sovereign laws:
Eternity visits life flourishing ephemeral stars;
World reflecting cultivates with guests:
Creators inspired to sweat, distracters leaving scars;
Eternal too, on mortal quests.
Flow adagio through touch and mind this frequented land,
This place sparkling risen.
Course serene the surrounding mutual abundance at hand.
Impassion lush the living vision.
Tonight, joining the Sphinx Moth, captain of porch light,
To visit the desert Brittle Bush and seeing
Its untaught self gathering oneness in Mojave moonlight,
Beloved if only by being.
